I’m Aronn, a professional therapist and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
When it comes to therapy I believe that there is nothing more important and powerful than being in the presence of someone who we feel safe and seen with, someone who is compassionate and understands us through their own lived experiences.
When we are in such company, healing and growth begins to spontaneously occur in a way that is natural and organic to us.
So whilst I’m professionally trained in person-centered counselling, and often draw on different therapeutic and philosophical modalities, my aim is to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery, with an open-heart and an open-mind.
About me
The person-centred approach is the foundation of my therapeutic practice, but my practice is trauma-informed and influenced by a variety of different modalities. When we work together I will encourage you to explore, and share, what it is that you want to achieve from having therapy. We will work together in a way that feels good.
